Free Magenta
Al principio cuando leí esta noticia pensé que era una broma de mal gusto o algo por el estilo por lo que no le hice mucho caso. Unas semanas después otra vez anduvo dando vueltas la nota por los blogs y decidí investigar un poco mas al respecto. Parece ser que la compañía de telecomunicaciones alemana T-Mobile obtuvo la patente de el color Magenta haciendo ilegal el uso de este color en cualquier otra marca o pieza gráfica dentro del ramo de las telecomunicaciones en Holanda con la excusa de proteger la identidad de su marca y apopriandose de algo que no les pertenece, en este caso un color. Desde que se dió a conocer esta noticia un grupo de entusiastas diseñadores que abogan por el libre uso del color han creado una página llamada “Free Magenta”, el site está en holandés pero las imágenes hablan por si solas. ¿Ustedes que opinan de este insólito hecho? Que Que Que??? quisiera imaginar que seria del mundo si todas las marcas comenzaran a hacer lo que TMobile.
